Terms of Service

SigmaTrack is a free web app for tracking recurring subscriptions and payments. It is a personal productivity tool, not a financial advisor, not a bank, not an accounting service. The numbers you see in the app are only as accurate as the data you enter.

SigmaTrack is built and maintained by an independent developer. It is provided free of charge and "as is". See the sections below for what that means practically.

By using SigmaTrack (including in guest mode, without an account), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SigmaTrack. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When using SigmaTrack, you agree to:

• Take responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your password
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose or in a way that could harm others
• Not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data

SigmaTrack helps you track subscriptions, not manage them. We are not responsible for:

• Missed subscription renewals or unexpected charges to your accounts
• Financial decisions you make based on data in the app
• Data loss in guest mode if you clear your browser storage or switch devices
• Third-party service failures (Supabase, Resend, Vercel, etc.)
• Reminder emails that are delayed, undelivered, or caught by spam filters

SigmaTrack is a helper tool, not a guarantee. Always verify renewal dates directly with your service providers.

SigmaTrack is a free, independently-built app. We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee 100% availability. The service may go down for maintenance or unexpected reasons without prior notice.

Email reminders are opt-in. If you enable them in Settings → Notifications, we'll send you renewal reminders. You can disable them at any time. We're not liable if a reminder is delayed, not delivered, or goes to spam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users' data, overloading the service, or using it for illegal purposes. In obvious cases, no prior warning will be given.

SigmaTrack and its code are the work of an independent developer. Your subscription data belongs to you. We claim no rights to it. You can export and delete your data at any time.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and provide a way for you to export your data first.

We may update these terms when the service changes significantly. Continued use of SigmaTrack after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll notify you by email if changes are material.
