Privacy Policy

Your email address, provided when you sign up or sign in with Google.

Subscription data you manually enter: service names, billing amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, and any notes you add.

Guest mode.In guest mode, all data stays in your browser's localStorage only. Nothing is sent to our servers until you create an account.

What we don't collect.We don't run analytics, use tracking pixels, set advertising cookies, or collect payment information. SigmaTrack is free.

We collect information in two ways:

• Directly from you, through forms you fill in when registering or adding subscriptions.
• Via Google OAuth: if you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us. We don't receive any other Google account data.

We use your data to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Store and sync your subscription data across devices
• Send renewal reminder emails (only if you enable this in Settings)
• Respond to support requests you send us

We never use your data to build advertising profiles, train AI models, or share with data brokers.

Nobody. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to third parties for their own use. The only exceptions are the infrastructure providers below, who process data on our behalf solely to run the service.

• Supabase (supabase.com): database and authentication. Your account credentials and subscription data are stored here.
• Resend (resend.com): transactional email delivery. Used only to send renewal reminders you've opted into. Only your email address and reminder content are transmitted.
• Vercel (vercel.com): hosts the application. Standard web request logs may be retained briefly per Vercel's policy.
• Google OAuth (accounts.google.com): handles sign-in if you choose that option. Only your name and email are passed to us.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy. We chose them for their strong data protection practices.

Email reminders are entirely opt-in. Enable them in Settings → Notifications. You can turn them off at any time from the same place. We won't send marketing, promotional, or any other emails. Just the reminders you enabled.

We use only one type of cookie: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. This is technically necessary for the app to work. We don't use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts.

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all your subscription data is permanently removed from our database.

To delete your account, contact us at sigmalearnam@gmail.com. We'll process the deletion within 48 hours.

Guest mode data lives entirely in your browser. You can clear it by clearing your browser's local storage.

You have the right to:

• See all data we hold about you (visible directly in the app)
• Correct or update your subscription data at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data permanently
• Opt out of email reminders at any time from Settings
• Get a copy of your data: just email us and we'll send a CSV

SigmaTrack is not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at sigmalearnam@gmail.com and we'll delete it promptly.

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Minor wording corrections won't trigger notifications.
